This house was completely gutted and rebuild from the inside- out.
Keeping with the character we were able to bring this old beauty back to life and will stand for another 80 years!
timber frame extension
This single storey extension included resheeting existing roof tin, adding an extra 2x bedrooms 1x bathroom and an oversize garage.
Two storEy house addition
Being a holiday house, the brief for this project was “budget in mind and keep it practical”.
We were able to achieve a lot by keeping it simple and the second storey looks like it was always there, in brick veneer construction.
Alfresco Extension Gelorup
This alfresco extension included cedar lining and recladding of front facade of house, really modernising the place and giving it a completely new look.
